The Crest is an established residential community in Vale Formoso, Loulé, set in an elevated position with views towards the coast and convenient access to Almancil, Loulé, the beaches and Faro Airport.

The development comprises two distinct residential entities: properties belonging to The Crest Property Owners’ Association (POA), and the independently managed Condominium Complex 31.

Whilst The Crest has the look and feel of a private complex, the roads and common areas are public and managed by Loulé and Almancil Councils, in partnership with the POA.

This website provides practical information for all residents, together with a secure POA members-only area for governance, financial and member-specific information.
